Pharmacy Fulfillment & Delivery

All prescriptions are processed by our licensed U.S. pharmacy and will be shipped directly to your door within 2–6 business days after approval.

As part of this evaluation, the provider may request additional details or laboratory testing to complete the clinical assessment. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and will be issued only when medically necessary and supported by the provider’s professional judgment.

Yes. All medications require a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider. When you place an order, a licensed provider will conduct a telehealth consultation to review your medical history and determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.

If you already have a prescription from your own provider, it can be sent directly to our licensed pharmacy for review and dispensing.

Once you place an order, it takes 1-4 business days for processing (doctor approval and medication filling). After that, your order will ship via FedEx 2-business day delivery.

If you select overnight shipping for $50 and place your order before 3 PM EST, we prioritize it for same-day approval and shipping, so you receive it the next business day.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
