Choose your medication, add it to your cart, and answer a short online health intake. A licensed provider reviews your request, and if approved, our licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to your door.
Do I need a prescription to buy medication online?
Yes. A licensed provider reviews your request and issues a prescription only if treatment is right for you. If you already have a prescription, your provider can send it to us directly.
How fast does my order ship?
Most approved orders are filled within 1 to 2 business days and ship FedEx 2Day, so they usually arrive in 3 to 4 business days. FedEx Overnight is available for $50.
How does overnight shipping work?
Overnight shipping is available for $50 (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 3 PM EST are prioritized; once your order is approved and filled, it ships FedEx Overnight and arrives the next business day.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, prescriptions can only be dispensed and shipped within the United States, including eligible U.S. territories. Please refer to our FAQ section for a list of states and territories where pharmacy fulfillment is available.

What is your refund policy?
If the provider doesn't approve your prescription, your medication never ships and we refund the medication cost. Once medication has been dispensed, it can't be returned or refunded.
