2. Information We Collect Through Automated Means

We collect certain information about your use of the Services and the devices you use to access the Services, as described in this Section. As discussed further below, we and our service providers (which are third party companies that work on our behalf), may use a variety of technologies, including cookies, SDKs, and similar tools, to assist in collecting this information.

Our websites. When you use our Website and app, we collect and analyze information such as your IP address, device types, browser types, browser language, operating system, the state or country from which you accessed the Services, software and hardware attributes (including device IDs) referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, the number of clicks, files you download, App usage, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the terms you use in searches on our Services, the date and time you used the Services, error logs, and other similar information.

Location Information. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect general location information (e.g., IP address, city/state and or postal code associated with an IP address) from your computer or mobile device. This information allows us to enable access to content that varies based on a user's general location (e.g., to provide you with accurate sales tax information and to deliver content customized to your location).

We will ask your permission before collecting your precise GPS location information. In such instances, we will use your precise geo-location information to provide customized services, content, promotional offers, and other information that may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish for us and our service providers to collect and use GPS location information, you may disable the location features on your device. Please see your device manufacturer settings.

Identity Resolution and Visitor Recognition Technologies. We may use third-party identification services (such as Retentio or similar providers) that analyze technical data—such as IP address, device characteristics, browser attributes, and interaction patterns—to help us recognize or match visits to potential customer records. These services may combine information collected from your browser or device with data they already maintain in order to provide us with inferred contact information (such as a possible email address or business profile) or to help us verify user activity. This information may be used to contact you about your interactions with our website, to provide customer support, to follow up on requests, or to offer products or services that may be relevant to you. You may opt out of such processing where required by applicable law by contacting us using the information below.

Certain identification or visitor-recognition tools may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable laws. You may opt out of this activity using the mechanisms described in this section.

Our Use of Cookies and Similar Online Tools

To collect the information discussed in this Section, we and our service providers use web server logs, cookies, tags, SDKs, tracking pixels, and other similar tracking technologies. We use these technologies to offer you a more tailored experience.

  • Web server log: a file where website activity is stored
  • SDK: tools/code embedded in our apps and software to allow third parties to collect information about how users interact with the Services
  • Cookie: a small text file placed on your device that enables us to recognize your device, store preferences, understand usage, deliver and measure content/ads, perform analytics, and assist with security
  • Tracking pixels: tiny electronic tags used to collect usage information and measure popularity and engagement

As we adopt additional technologies, we may also gather information through other methods.

Please note that you can change your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or updated, or to block cookies altogether. Consult your browser’s Help section. Blocking cookies may limit certain features of the Services.

3. Information We Collect from Social Media and Other Content Platforms

When you "like" or "follow" us on social media platforms, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and any relevant comments or content you post. We also collect your information if you sign up for promotions or submit information to us through social media platforms.

  • If you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in, you may allow us to access certain information from such third parties depending on your settings. If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not use these connections.
  • If you connect your app to third-party platforms or tools (e.g., health or fitness platforms, contacts, photos, calendar), those may allow us access to additional information to integrate features. Do not initiate these connections if you do not wish to share this information.

4. Information We Receive from Other Sources

We work closely with third parties (including, for example, physicians, medical professionals, pharmacies, advertising networks, analytics providers, marketing partners, and search information providers). Such third parties will sometimes provide us with additional Personal Information about you.

Online Analytics and Advertising
