Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

MEDICAL EMERGENCY NOTICE: All Family Health is not an emergency medical service. Do not use this website, telehealth service, secure messaging system, text messaging, or email to seek emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care at the nearest emergency department.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllFamilyHealth.com, including our website, patient portal, telehealth services, secure messaging features, communications, forms, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by All Family Health LLC ("All Family Health," "we," "us," or "our"). Certain medical, pharmacy, laboratory, technology, payment, shipping, and other services may be provided by independent licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, or third-party service providers.

By accessing the Services, creating an account, submitting a consultation, communicating with a healthcare provider, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to receive the applicable services in the state or jurisdiction where you are physically located at the time healthcare services are provided.

You agree to provide your accurate physical location when requested. Healthcare providers may be unable to provide services if they are not authorized to practice in the state where you are located.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Services for minors, if offered, may require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian and are subject to applicable state and federal law.

2. Telehealth Services

All Family Health facilitates access to healthcare services through telehealth. Telehealth may include questionnaires, medical intake forms, electronic communications, secure messaging, telephone communication, audio/video communication, review of medical information, photographs, laboratory results, prescription history, or other information permitted by applicable law.

Telehealth has potential benefits, including improved access to healthcare and convenience, but it also has limitations. A healthcare provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition and may recommend an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, emergency evaluation, or treatment by another healthcare professional.

Technical failures, incomplete information, communication delays, or the absence of an in-person physical examination may limit a provider's ability to evaluate your condition.

Additional telehealth consent disclosures may be presented to you as required by the laws of the state where you are located.

3. Healthcare Provider Relationship

Accessing or browsing AllFamilyHealth.com by itself does not create a physician-patient or other healthcare provider-patient relationship.

A healthcare provider-patient relationship is established only when the requirements of applicable law have been satisfied and a licensed healthcare provider accepts responsibility for evaluating or treating you.

Healthcare professionals providing care through the Services exercise their own independent professional medical judgment. All Family Health does not require a provider to prescribe a particular medication or treatment.

4. Prescriptions and Treatment

Submission of an order, consultation request, medical questionnaire, payment, or request for a particular medication does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

All prescription decisions are made by a licensed healthcare provider based on the provider's independent professional judgment, the information available to the provider, applicable standards of care, and federal and state law.

A provider may:

  • Approve a requested treatment;
  • Recommend a different treatment;
  • Request additional medical information;
  • Request laboratory testing or another examination;
  • Require a telephone, video, or in-person consultation;
  • Decline to prescribe a medication; or
  • Refer you to another healthcare provider or facility.

You should take all medications exactly as directed by your healthcare provider and the dispensing pharmacy. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional if you experience unexpected symptoms, side effects, or have questions concerning your treatment.

5. Secure Doctor Messaging and Patient Chat

All Family Health may provide a secure electronic messaging feature that allows patients and healthcare providers to communicate regarding a consultation, treatment plan, prescription, side effects, follow-up questions, or other healthcare matters.

Secure messaging is asynchronous and is not a live chat service. A healthcare provider may not review or respond to your message immediately. Do not use secure messaging for emergencies or time-sensitive medical concerns.

Messaging Availability

A messaging thread may remain available for only a limited period following your consultation or provider interaction. The availability period may be displayed within your account or messaging screen.

All Family Health or your healthcare provider may close, extend, reopen, or otherwise limit a messaging thread when appropriate. Closure of a messaging thread does not necessarily delete the conversation or medical record.

Follow-Up Questions vs. New Medical Issues

Secure messaging is intended primarily for reasonable follow-up questions relating to your existing consultation or treatment.

A healthcare provider may determine that a question involves a new condition, a significant change in your condition, or an issue requiring additional medical evaluation. In that event, you may be asked to complete a new consultation, provide additional information, schedule an appointment, or seek in-person care. Additional fees may apply.

Response Times

Although we strive to respond to patient communications promptly, no particular response time is guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Messages may not be reviewed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays.

If your medical concern cannot safely wait for a response, you should contact an appropriate healthcare provider, urgent care facility, emergency department, or 911 depending on the severity of the situation.

6. Text Messages, Email, and Doctor Message Notifications

When you provide us with a mobile telephone number or email address, we may use that contact information to communicate with you regarding the Services, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

SMS/Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages, you authorize All Family Health, healthcare providers participating in your care, and service providers acting on our behalf to send you healthcare-related and service-related text messages.

These messages may include:

  • Notification that your doctor or healthcare provider sent you a secure message;
  • Requests to log in and respond to your healthcare provider;
  • Appointment or consultation reminders;
  • Consultation status updates;
  • Requests for additional information;
  • Prescription status notifications;
  • Pharmacy or order status notifications;
  • Refill-related notifications;
  • Account or security notifications; and
  • Other communications relating to services you requested.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also use other opt-out methods we make available. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Opting out of text messages does not terminate your All Family Health account or prevent us from communicating with you through the secure patient portal, email, telephone, mail, or another method when appropriate or required by law.

Medical Information in Text Messages and Email

Standard SMS/text messaging and ordinary email may not provide the same level of security as our secure patient portal. Text messages may also appear on your device's lock screen or be viewed by anyone who has access to your device or telephone account.

For this reason, we may limit the medical information included in ordinary text messages and emails. For example, rather than placing details about your diagnosis, medication, or treatment directly into an SMS message, we may send a notification such as:

"You have a new secure message from your healthcare provider. Please log in to your account to view and respond."

You are responsible for providing an accurate telephone number and email address and for notifying us if your contact information changes.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of any particular SMS or email notification cannot be guaranteed.

Marketing Communications

Consent to healthcare-related or service-related communications does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law. Marketing communications, if offered, may be subject to separate consent and opt-out requirements.

7. Emergency and Urgent Medical Care

The Services, including doctor messaging, are not intended for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, difficulty breathing, chest pain, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, loss of consciousness, or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

Do not wait for a website message, text message, email, or healthcare provider response before seeking emergency care.

8. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create or access an account to use certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, verification codes, and account credentials.

You agree not to allow another person to impersonate you or use your account to obtain medical care or prescription medication.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may use identity verification measures when appropriate to confirm your identity and protect patient safety and privacy.

9. Patient Responsibilities

Your healthcare provider relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information;
  • Provide your actual identity and date of birth;
  • Accurately report your physical location when requested;
  • Disclose known allergies;
  • Disclose relevant medical conditions;
  • Disclose medications and supplements you are taking;
  • Answer medical screening questions truthfully;
  • Notify your provider of material changes in your health;
  • Follow treatment and medication instructions;
  • Ask questions when you do not understand your treatment instructions; and
  • Seek appropriate in-person or emergency care when advised to do so.

Providing inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of a consultation, denial of treatment, termination of access to the Services, or other appropriate action.

10. Pharmacy Fulfillment

When a healthcare provider issues a valid prescription, that prescription may be transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for review and dispensing.

Pharmacy services are subject to applicable pharmacy laws, pharmacist review, medication availability, state licensing requirements, shipping restrictions, and the pharmacy's professional obligations.

Issuance of a prescription does not guarantee that a pharmacy will dispense the medication. A pharmacist may contact the prescriber or patient for additional information when necessary.

Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, inventory issues, prescription clarification, regulatory requirements, holidays, or other events may affect delivery times.

11. Payments, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees disclosed to you before completing a transaction. Fees may include consultation fees, medication costs, pharmacy charges, shipping fees, or other disclosed charges.

Payment for a telehealth evaluation does not guarantee that a healthcare provider will prescribe a requested medication.

Refund eligibility depends on the status and nature of your consultation, prescription, pharmacy processing, and order.

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for resale or reuse after they have been dispensed. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.

Prices, fees, promotions, discount codes, product availability, and shipping charges may change from time to time.

12. Privacy and Protected Health Information

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Services may include personal information and health-related information.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices and other privacy notices.

Healthcare information transmitted through the secure patient messaging system may become part of your medical record and may be retained as required or permitted by applicable law and our record-retention policies.

You should protect the privacy of your account, device, email, and telephone. All Family Health cannot control who may access communications displayed on a device or account that you share with other people.

13. Consent to Electronic Communications and Records

By using the Services, you agree that we may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, authorizations, consents, records, receipts, and other communications to you electronically to the extent permitted by law.

Electronic communications may be delivered through the website, patient portal, email, SMS/text message, or other electronic method that you have authorized.

You may be asked to electronically sign documents. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your electronic signature has the same effect as your handwritten signature.

14. General Website and Educational Content

General information available on AllFamilyHealth.com, including articles, medication descriptions, condition pages, FAQs, videos, graphics, and other educational material, is provided for general informational purposes.

General website content is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider who has evaluated you.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care solely because of information you have read on our website.

15. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

  • Impersonate another person;
  • Obtain medication for another person through false information;
  • Submit fraudulent medical or identity information;
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • Access another patient's account without authorization;
  • Upload malicious software or code;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse healthcare providers, staff, or other users;
  • Use automated systems to scrape or access the Services without permission;
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes; or
  • Violate applicable federal, state, or local law.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect patients, healthcare providers, our systems, or others.

16. Third-Party Services

We may use third parties to provide technology, identity verification, payment processing, pharmacy services, laboratory services, communications, hosting, shipping, analytics, or other functions.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content or services provided by those parties.

17. Availability and Modification of Services

We do not guarantee that the website, patient portal, secure messaging system, or other Services will be available at all times or operate without interruption.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of the Services when appropriate, subject to applicable law and our obligations concerning patient records and continuity of care.

Temporary technical problems with the website or messaging platform do not relieve you of the responsibility to seek appropriate medical care through another method when necessary.

18. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND NON-CLINICAL PORTIONS OF THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY FREE FROM SECURITY RISKS.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to interfere with the independent professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider or eliminate any legal duty applicable to healthcare professionals.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Family Health and its non-clinical affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of or inability to access the website or non-clinical technology services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot legally be limited or waived, including obligations applicable to licensed healthcare professionals where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Governing Law

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms and disputes concerning the operation of the website or non-clinical Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Healthcare services remain subject to the federal and state laws applicable to the patient, provider, pharmacy, and services involved. Nothing in this section is intended to override a law that cannot legally be waived or modified by agreement.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. When required by law, we may provide additional notice or request renewed consent.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable telehealth consents, Notice of Privacy Practices, refund policies, checkout disclosures, and other policies or agreements specifically presented to you, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the Services.
