An independent pharmacy in a consolidated industry
The U.S. retail pharmacy market is dominated by three chains and a handful of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) that decide what's covered, what's denied, and what you pay. Patients get squeezed in the middle — waiting weeks for an appointment to get a prescription they already understand, then standing at a counter while someone negotiates with a middleman on their behalf.
We took a different path. All Family Pharmacy is privately held and independently operated. No big-box parent. No PBM contracts steering you toward higher-margin alternatives. No quarterly earnings call dictating what we stock.
That independence is the whole point. It's why our telehealth consultation is a flat $30 instead of a $400 office visit. It's why our catalog runs past 600 medications — everyday prescriptions, antivirals and antibiotics, chronic-care treatments, and compounded formulations the chains won't touch. How we actually operate
Most online pharmacies are either subscription traps or grey-market reshippers. We're neither. Here's the straightforward version:
You choose your medication and complete a short, encrypted health intake. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and conducts a telehealth evaluation — every order, every time. If a prescription is appropriate, it’s issued and routed to our pharmacy. Our pharmacists prepare your medication and ship it via FedEx 2Day, with overnight shipping available for many medications. If it isn’t appropriate, no medication is sent and you’re refunded in full — 100%, no forms to fill out.
No memberships. No auto-renewing subscriptions. No upsells at the pharmacy counter. One transaction, one prescription, one shipment. When you need a refill, place another order — or we honor the refills your prescribing clinician authorized.
